Anyone have any experience with one of these? There are a few others like it.
Stumbled upon it when viewing some images by a Scot who seems to really like it (The Pod — circa 35mm - Life Through A Lens - Euan Ross Landscape Seascape Long Exposure Photography) BTW Euan's images are lovely if you want to just have some eye candy.

I bought that exact model right before a week long trip to disneyworld in 2012, thought it might come in handy. Have never used it.

I can see the value, it's just that I've never been anywhere with my camera that I needed it.
