Bought a new tripod head, the Manfrotto 496rc2 was driving me crazy :bi_polo: with it's "creep" especially when the 80-400 0r 300mmF4 were mounted. So I came across this brand "Milano" They are Arca Swiss compatible very sturdy and have very precise adjustment knobs. I am totally blown away at the quality and workmanship of this tripod head. For this level of quality expect to pay over $400.00 - However that's the best part they sell for $112.00 
yes that's it. They can hold 17 lbs. plates are available from Milano(I bought 4) or any Arca Swiss plate or L bracket. Super fast mounting & dismounting. This was very important to me in regards to shooting wildlife.
