Any iphone users on here that use the Magsafe charger?
If so what are your opinions please.
Thinking it might be a better option than continually buy charger leads that eventually fail.

Not sure how similar they are, but I use an induction charger for my iPhone and it works well. I am sure there is a reason that the Magsafe came out, but I am not sure what it is. Maybe you can enlighten me. Ha!

It's just a NF charger...you lay the phone on top of the charger and it charges the iphone without the need to actually "plug a cable" into the phone... I have one on my desk... so you just lay the phone on the charger and it charges the phone... Iphones have smarts built in, so they're not as effective as they can be...You Iphone will establish a patter, and NOT charge the phone if it doesn't think it needs it... So if your battery is at 75% and it determines that you usually charge your phone at night, and it's 2pm in the daytime, even though you've put it on the charger...it won't top it up... because it's logic tries not to charge the phone too many times...

I forgot to add... You can find mag-type charges on Amazon that all do the same thing that aren't the Apple "Magsafe" charger for 1/2 the money...

Yup, I have several brands. None are "magsafe" but all are better than the plugs. One thats got a 10,000 mAh battery for out in the middle of nowhere charging, one that plugs into the cigarette lighter in my car that holds and charges the phone while clipped into the vent, one plugged into my office computer at work and one on the counter at home for my wife and daughter. None are "magsafe" all are better than the plugs that constantly fray and have to be replaced. I love everything about it, my wife misses her pop socket, but apparently there's a magsafe pop socket, or so I've been told.
