Hi!
I’m looking to measure the difference between using the internal mic on my D810 versus the Rode mic I bought. I’m going to do this by recording the same sound keeping the camera stationary with the only difference being the off body mic being used vs not. What is the best (and free!) software that I can do this with on a mac? Anyone have experience with this? The other thing to mention is I’ll be capturing using the video functionality on the camera. In my searches online it seems a lot of audio analysis software is geared towards just audio clips which makes sense. I just need something that looks at the input of sound from the video.
