Change your DNS server settings to google's... probably your ISP's DNS server is flakey. Most are.

I changed my DNS to Google's and it is working again.
It was bit of a challenge though as I use BT as my ISP in the UK and their router the BTHub5 doesn't let you change DNS. There was a work around I found though and its all OK.
