Op-Tech USA Camera Straps

Can someone try going to Op-Tech USA, a well known source for camera strap and gear and report back what happens? I have tried getting on line with the site for two days after placing an order and only get a page of gibberish saying can not connect.

I should have checked Amazon first, they have what I wanted, and I have an Amazon Prime account too. Grrr, live and learn again.

Follow-up: I received a FB message today saying OP-Tech was upgrading their computer system(s) and that was the reason the system was bonkers pver this past weekend.
