Unfortunately, it's only for U.S. citizens...........as usual. :( I friggin' HATE contests like that! They should mention up front that it's only for U.S. citizens!...not after they make you jump through hoops to register through Flickr or Yahoo or everything else!

Be cautious choosing the beach as Costa Rica has a lot of, ahem, aged North American retirees. In many cases knee deep in snow with a full length coat and smiling face could be the preferable photo.
