    Hello from Mckinney Texas

I'm a retired geologist. My wife and I love to travel and recently spent two weeks in Ecuador. We are thinking about an extended year plus trip back this year. We tried to get photos and video to make a YouTube video. Found we needed to get a gimbal and new lens. looking at getting a used Z6 if I can find one reasonably priced. Any advice on the Z6?

Welcome aboard, enjoy the ride. We look forward to seeing more posts and samples of your work. The Z6 is a great camera. However, I noticed that you have a D3200 plus several DX lenses. This means that if you get a Z6, you will also have to invest in some good Z lenses to get the most out of the Z6. Yes, you can use your DX lenses, but you will not get the best operation from the Z6. You might want to consider a Z50 camera instead, as this will allow you to have a decent DX setup.

    Welcome!

Guidelines to adding a photo to your post.

    1. Resize photo to 1000px on the long side.
    2. Resolution set to 72ppi (Pixels Per Inch)

These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.

Welcome! For used, I would check KEH, MPB, Adorama, B&H, and the Fred Miranda classifieds forum.

The Z5 is also a FF camera the Z50 is the DX version of the mirrorless.
