Hi IanCD and welcome to the Nikonites Community. We have quite a contingent of members from the UK. The D7000 is a very good camera and using Lightroom for your post processing will give you great results. I'm sure there is someone here that can answer your question. After you have done your browsing I'm sure you will agree this is a fun and informative site. We would love to see some of your work in the Photo Gallery. Enjoy.

I have a D7000 too and just love it. You'll find great posts on how to use it and how to achieve better photos with it. Have fun exploring the forum sections.
