I am finally getting around to looking at landscape shooting. Ive sorted the tripod and remote but need you guys advice on filters as unsure where to start. Mainly using my D7200 and 10-24. Is there a starter kit type product or is it too broad ranging?????

A Circular Polarizing filter (CPL) would be a good place to start; I rarely shoot outdoors without a CPL.

The Hoya HD CPL is my personal choice. They're not the cheapest, but they're damn good filters.

As a bonus, here's a really good video that explains why you might want to consider a CPL: How to use a CPL Filter. It's definitely worth watching.

Ditto. That is your absolute first place to start and then look into neutral density filters to extend your shutter time to capture more colors in sunrise and sunset and also for waterfalls. One filter that intrigues me is the Moose cpl which is put out by Hoya. It is said to add a little warmth to photos.

I'm not sure about putting a CPL on a 10-24mm lens. Even as a DX lens it's pretty wide. If you do get one make sure it's a low profile filter otherwise you'll get vignetting in your shots.
