Sky watchers! Total Lunar Eclipse
Sunday to Monday morning may 15th -16th. Total eclipse from 11:29 PM EDT expected to last about 1hour 24 minutes, half coverage at about 10PM. Expecting you sky photographers to post some great shots.

Lovely cloud cover until about 8pm. We have crappy air quality thanks to the 2 fires in the area, so I just closed my windows because my troat started getting scratchy. Even though we have moderate air quality, it is enough to start bothering me. I don’t know if I am going to set-up to get a few shots.

We have cloud cover and it's spotty, but it looks like rain and cloudy thru about 1 am here... It'll clear up right after the eclipse...

My attempts were pretty bad. We had 2 fires in the area with lots of haze coming from the Laguna fire blowing into the area. The shooting conditions were terrible.

I thought I was going to miss it, it was mostly cloudy all day. It cleared up about 30 minutes before the eclipse started.
