Under The Weather(ed)

This month's contest subject matter is something I love shooting normally, so having an excuse to shoot it specifically was extra fun. So even while it's been a crazy month for finding personal time to get out and shoot I managed to snag a plethora of viable entries in a couple morning outings, because it's what I would have likely shot anyway.

I was hoping for some perfect cloud days to shoot some fallen trees at a local reservoir, and an opportunity to get over to Bethlehem, PA to shoot some of the abandoned steel mills, but alas work and family are going to make that impossible. I've spent the last couple days mulling over my choices for 3 to enter and finally put them up today, so there's no turning back. Rather than toss these in under the 365 thread I thought I'd pop 'em up separately.

Feel free to let me know what I should have chosen instead, just to make me crazy. LOL

First, my three entries...

And finally one that shows a couple of old, weathered subjects

Ditto - "they're all very good" - I especially like No.3 of the also rans... great shot.
cheers

Thanks That was another one that was hard not to submit. The paint peeling seemed real contrived as a "weathered" photo when I took it, but I really like the way the lines interact, so I was back and forth between that one and the broken window.

Now you guys have me rethinking everything!! LOL
