Lens evaluation

Hi,

I am about 80% deciding to acquire a new Rokinon 12mm f2.8 fisheye (FF) for my D3500. I have two of them on hand (can return one or both) to evaluate and compare with my kit lens (18-55mm f3.5) for the final pick or dump. First, I like to see how sharp they can focus comparing with each other and kit lens. And also compare the angle of field with kit lens. Followings are test shots in time sequence (it's afternoon and the sun moved pretty fast, time between shots was short, but sunlight changed fast): p.s. there were road works nearby causing big vibration in the area (don't know if it affected focusing). Fisheye setting: iso=100, f11, speed 0.01"; first kit lens setting: iso=100, f4.5 (forgot adjusting), speed 0.01; second kit lens setting: iso=220 (don't know why) , f11, speed 0.01

Would like to hear your opinions and comments. Thanks

Obviously, there is huge difference of AOF between this fisheye and kit lens. All test shots were made at the same spot and same angle.

The aperture numbers of fisheye shots in exif are incorrect because aperture was set by the aperture ring and they are not transferred to camera body.
