I have not had a lot of time to experiment with it. Tonight was the first night I kept notes of my aperture settings! And without a light meter, I am pretty much just shooting in the dark, to see what is what. Everything was shot JPEG, because I am clueless in the digital darkroom.
I have discovered, at least with my D5300, there are circular spots. Perhaps they are as innocuous as the donut-shaped bokeh with reflex lenses.
