18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 or 24-120 f/4

Hi

I have a D7000 and a 12-24 f/4 lens. I now have option to chose between a nikon 18-200mm 3.5-5.6 VRII or nikon 24-120mm f/4. I primarily take nature/landscape photos and potraits. The price is not an issue. Which one to chose...?

Between the two I Am more biased with the 24-120mm f4 lens since I used to own one. Great walk around lens with FX.

When my D7000 was my primary body, I had the 18-200 and used it quite frequently (second only to 17-55 2.8) when I wanted to be ready for just about anything (except low light). While many folks look down on this lens, I liked it and got many nice shots. While it might not be quite as sharp as the 24-120, it gives you more range on both ends. Can't comment on the 24-120 since I haven't owned one.
