That is some badass looking gear.

Very cool, cant believe he did it without disassembling the body and lenses.

Well, high-quality masking tape would fare quite well for a project like that. No black magic nor insane artistry here. I really want to know why in the world you would paint such high-end gear and in desert and not even camo color.

Also reminded me of Pentax that DigitalRevTV did up for their HDR video tutorial.
