Z8 with 600, long lens case/holster recommendation

I'm looking around for a lens case/holster which will take a Z8 with 600 f6.3 with hood attached.

Overall internal length required is approx 42cm (16½ in).

The Thinktank Digital Holster 150 V3 is just slightly short at 38cm (15in) but might fit.

I have a Mindshift backpack for this which is fine for carrying a distance but I want to be able to carry the combo in a holster over my shoulder when on a walk, with hood attached and no lens cap it just takes a few seconds to take out and use.

Any suggestions?

During the years I used to lug such a lens on the D3 or D3S, I used a Lowepro bag called Lens Trekker 600 AW. I think the then-current version was the II, possibly the III. It was excellent in all respects, look it up. Don’t know if they still make them, otherwise maybe look at secondhand.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have one of those I use for an OM-1 + 300mm lens, unfortunately the Z8 plus 600 is too big.

Thanks but I'm really looking of a holster type, the 600 AW is a big backpack.

The Kinesis C850 — X-Large Holster Case would probably suit but doesn't seem to be available in the UK.
