(It looks like a small turkey baster, if you haven't seen one before). I find that 90% of my dust specks go away just by blowing with the opening facing down. Eventually you'll need to clean with a swab or pay someone to do it. I'm not familiar with Competitive Camera, so I would ask some local camera buffs what their experiences have been. If you do it yourself, just take your time and be careful.
