On the bright side, I read they are &quot;pacing&quot; a lot afterwards because of drop in blood sugar, so I gave a little honey right after his attack and it really helped, he was himself much faster (other times it's been like an hour before he started to calm more down (he is just walking back and forth trough the house and garden like he cannot find rest)).
