My wife in the National Age Group Sprint Triathlon back in November. She qualified for the US team in Worlds next year.

Since I got here first Cindy, that's an American Kestrel.

As Marilynne said, it is a Kestrel. They are much too small to attack the birds at your feeder. They seldom hunt for anything larger than a mouse, and usually take insects for the majority of their food.

Thanks, Lorraine has competed at Worlds before. She is pretty excited to get do it again.
