My wife in the National Age Group Sprint Triathlon back in November. She qualified for the US team in Worlds next year.

Ahh...it's cute but a raptor I guess. Since I have a bird feeder, I am not fond of raptors. Thanks for the identification, Marilynne.

As Marilynne said, it is a Kestrel. They are much too small to attack the birds at your feeder. They seldom hunt for anything larger than a mouse, and usually take insects for the majority of their food.
