I like the tone and there are several things to look at, the footprints add to the feel. I think less sky and more foreground picking up on the footprints would give it even more character. Nice shot!

it doesn't look to me as if you are using the full dynamic range, ie the histogram wall-to-wall, in which case you might look at a tiny bit more contrast between lit snow and shadows

cropping the left a little (maybe to 7x5 rather than 6x4) would get rid of some of the 'hanging vegetation' ie that branch top left (also bringing it within range of healing or painting out altogether) and also taking the central group off-centre thereby 'leading' you to those nice trees behind, in fact strengthening the literal lead of the footprints

This is strictly a matter of personal taste.

Having said that, I feel that you have wasted a full third of this image by your placement of the watermark.

Move the watermark to the OTHER side and uncover the footprints. I think that you will be very

surprised at what it does for the movement in the image.
