The gig in Laramie did not pan out because they hired a full time person in the slot I would have taken. The hospital in Winnebago is actually on an Indian reservation and the hospital is about the size of the one where I am now. Their demographics will be essentially 100% Winnebago Indian. The do not do any microbiology, which is a big disappointment for me, nor any blood banking, which is no disappointment at all for me.
Lots of great outdoor stuff and hopefully some great photo opportunities. I will be there when most hunting seasons are over, but I will have to take some fishing gear with me for sure. It is been a LONG time since I have been trout fly fishing!
