There's still the full standalone version of CS2 available at Adobe which does everything it needs to do. It should run on Vista without any problem since it predated it. Evidently it doesn't work with any new plugins but it does work with Camera RAW.Or you could check the system requirements of other versions and see if you can buy a used copy.
