Will lens fit another Nikon

I have a D60 and want to know if I bought Different Nikon if the lens would fit. First I want to be able to take picture with out having to change lens every time. I would also would like to get a camera that is with video.

Basically any Nikon lens you buy in the store will work on your camera. Almost all of the newer ones will autofocus too. Just make sure it's a DSLR lens and not one of the cheaper mirrorless lens (like the Nikon V1)

Just a qualifier here........ not ALL Nikon lenses will work on a D60. True, while most stores will be selling G lenses, some stores do sell used gear. And that may include some legacy glass that can actually damage some of todays' DSLRs.

Hi,
i dont think the D60 has the internal focusing motor, that being the case you need lenses that have their own focusing motor built in. All of the newest AFS lenses will do the job.
