The 14-24 even at 24 is still a tad wide for most of the exteriors. So, I decided to get a back up lens and will give the Tamron 15-30 a try.  That should give me the back up I need and also the 30 end  should help me on the exteriors without carrying and changing lenses. Will let you all know of how these two compare for my work load and style, should get the new lens next week. My hope is the Tamron will compare well in sharpness to the Nikon.</p></blockquote><p></p>
