so,, the large sensor Sony came,, along with the Sigma 19 mm lens, all nice and solid, people complained that the menus are complicated, but seems
clear enough,
I changed it to low ISO, manual control, point focus, high quality image, and well, laughs as simple now as my D800. The key is I prefer always to shoot
manual or almost always, why, because it is simpler. two dials, and away you go.
That is what drew me to the Nex-7, has the same two dials, so,, easy to control the setting, like the Live view, you can just use the back screen to
adjust the exposure,, I love that on live view. so,, really easy to get the exposure set up, and then focus on the composition.,
I ordered the adapter to use more of my Nikon lens, I will even be able to use my 14-24, signma 10-20,, and my 150-600 sigma.
will it replace my 800, no way, but maybe my 7000, since essentially the same sensor.
I am going soon to the Keys, for a 3 day shoot, and will be really interesting to take side by side shots, to compare the look and feel of the sensors.
