I merged the results of all three photographers that attended a party I hosted.
One Canon,, 2 Nikon,, the older Nikon was a D80,, the Canon was the latest Mark IV, and then my D800.
the sharpness of the Canon was nice, but I did end up sharpening just a bit,, maybe I am just getting used
to my D800,
the D80 was good, and well, if you sharpened, you lost a lot of quality,
biggest difference was composition,, and always good to see how others frame the shot. I ended up tweaking
all the Canon shots with sharpening,, and levels.. and well,, cropping to my taste,, so that the end group of
shots had one common look, and might as well be from one photographer (and of course,, I credited the
other two photographers).
