is one to counter just a bit,,
I have the older 80-400 VR G Nikkor lens, not the latest one, but a used one that one can
find for around 600 dollars,, so

I think its pretty amazing how clear the lettering still is,, even greatly cropped, course,, having a high
pixel camera helps too,
but,, that is the direction of cameras anyhow,, so,, just showing that a 600 hundred used 80-400 is
quite sharp,, and sharp enough for me,, you can even see the drip off the paddle edge
