I am thinking of which pictures to print this year,,, maybe a new batch
I am looking at my mix,,, maybe,, I'll use some of my higher
i.e. more popular ones found in sites like 500 px,
I wonder how much correlation of of the web world versus
real world, will those pictures have the same positive response
as those.
I have some newer higher quality frames picked out,,
course, not really going to make more money,,
I have this type of debate,, buy the lower cost frames,, basically
premade,, and keep the framing cost to under 50 dollars,, and
well,, can afford to sell for 150 dollars,, versus
say,, paying 400 dollar framing,, and then hanging in a more
expensive place that takes larger comission,,,
so that even if the picture sells for 700 dollars, the after expense
and commission of the gallery,, my profit really is not that much
different,,
but,, I am thinking of raising the bar of display, so MAYBE
more will just buy the prints in premade mattes,, where well
the profit is best.
