I did use the new lens!,,, love it,,, Wide angles are just so useful.

here is a local barn

The sun was lighting it nice, and with the ultra wide, could capture the whole structure,, these old barns are fading fast! so,, got to capture them
when you can.. and the details look great,, the lens delivers the sharpness!

Grade for the 14x24 - A

I already sold my D5100,, so,, with savings,, have reached the halfway way mark! got to raise another 600 dollars or so,, so, sell off
3 more lens

and less clutter! laughs,, but,, I am still debating about keeping my 18x200,, for the flexible days..

so,, sell off
a 35-70 2.8 (a gem lens)
an older 300 F4 (a gem built lens)
and a classic 50-300 (sharp, bulky, but historical)

first.. see how much that gets me... sometimes I like the idea of walking around with the D7000/18x200 one camera/lens kit.
