Well,, Nikon send a letter approving the shutter replacement for the D5000 under warranty,,
Kinda funny,,, in the letter I sent I told them I pre-authorize any warranty work replacing the shutter.
But,, you know how computers are now,, the customer still has to pre-authorized, which I did, via
the computer. I swear the more we computerize the world, the less flexible it becomes. Everything
has to fit a pre existing code loop!
I am hoping to get it back in a couple of weeks, a friend is interested for buying for their daughter.
