Fascinating how with all the science and knowhow, that zooms just can't replace primes. I bet if you went back to the 70's there would have been all type of predictions of the death of primes and rise of zooms. Instead, the camera companies got the best situation, people still need/want their zooms including the very expensive trinities, and then still end up buying and filling in their kits with primes. but it is excellent to have sigma and brands keep updating their offering, it keeps the markets vibrant. I only have a couple of sigma lens, but I would not say no to them.</blockquote>
