So pleased how fast my lens came from Japan,, Amazon had a prediction delivery of 8/21 - 9/15,,, actual delivery time: 7/25,, three days from Japan! for 30 dollars shipping. Now to the lens,,, AWESOME so so mint... exactly what I was looking for,, no scratches, dust, mold, focus Perfect oh the lens,, for those that have not followed the Blog.... Nikko 35-70 2.8 ,,,,,, These lens paint the lettering, so,, one can tell the wear and tear of this generation of lens, just by looking at the lettering... are any of the numbers/lets starting to wear off,, which can give some hint of its usse. Also, scratches on the barrel,, dents on the rings,, (laaughs,, all things that are on the lens I am going t sell) this lens from Japan, I would have rated Like New,, it was rated by the selle/Storer as Very Good to Excellent. My set up feels whole again,,, off goes the 24-85 G,,,, back goes the 35-70 2.8 and the 20-35 2.8 in a belt bag.. what I consider a perfect combo,, with a 80-400 in a tiny backpack if needed... and when I want too push it,, another belt bag for the 15mm 3.5 which covers than ultra wide to super tele... and all moible.. Price paid including shipping on my like new,,,, D version 35-70 2.8 Nikkor -> 375 dollars! now I will sell my old lens to cut the cost even further.
