Maybe it was just the effort it took to allign the split filter, you really concentrated.  I can go thru boxes and boxesof slides, and hardly ever see an out of focus shot, can't say that always with my digitalshots. I would definitely not want go back to split prisms,, much nicer composing in todays screens.</blockquote>
