Perhaps the best deal on the web... a 28-70  3.5-4.5 lens..it is compact built better than today's consumer lens, and see them sell for between 40-80 dollars!  The lens is sharp,  and works great on my D800,, yes,,  I love the 35-70 2.8,, but is fairly heavy. So,, check one out, there are less and less bargain lens out there, too many buyers.</blockquote>
