Why do I keep getting emails for every thread I respond to?

I selected in my profile settings:

Default Thread Subscription Mode:

Do not subscribe


So why is that I keep getting emails for every single reply I make to a thread?

I used to get these too, finally found out where to switch them off, now I will have to search again.

EDIT, I done what you said above and I have stopped receiving them, so ???

If you reply to a thread it will re-up you for emails again.

These are the threads you are currently subscribed to: http://nikonites.com/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&folderid=all

You'll have to deselect any that you are still subscribed to there.

The setting you selected should only apply to new threads/posts you make.
