I've seen some really surreal shots with HDR; I must say I'm not a big fan; it's like everything it has its uses, and sometimes if not too much is applied, it really complements the image. But as to HDR everything... I much prefer playing with my shots in Photoshop.

I much prefer A. As someone else stated, B is overdone. Everything is framed very nicely; but in the end, it is just a bridge. It would be a nice photo to maybe overlay a poem or something - some photos just can not be saved. This is just my personal opinion, but i am not sure why anyone would want to manipulate a photo to the point that it looks like a painting. To me, that is taking a piece of art and basterdizing it. As i have said many times before, i am all for PP, i just don't care to dive into it full steam ahead, even though i have PS and NX2. I have seen many photos that have been through PS and they are stunning. Though, they are not light-years away from the "negative". I actually shot some flower pics in RAW <i wanted to see how the dark side lives, hehehe > over the weekend and had fun with it. I did very, very little tweaks to the pics before turning them into JPEG. Anyhow, it's only my opinion. Keep up the good work
