A few might really be broke, but my gut says most of them are just from customers that changed their mind. They are not old worn out cameras that went back for refurbishing. They are new that may have had a problem during the store return period or maybe customer just didn't like it. Stick with the big stores above. Small shops might pass off a used camera as a refurb or claim an in-house refurb. Stick to Nikon refurbished from B&H, Adorama, Cameta. They marked the used ones as used. A nikon refurb will look and smell new and you will not find any sign that it was used.</p></blockquote><p></p>
