I've tried a search and drawn a blank - I'm looking for free stock 300dpi photos for me to learn Ps and Lr with.

Pretty much what I'm doing is taking my own photos and compositing the two, three, four layers and so on.

I'm convinced there will be existing links to stock photos here - can anybody point me to them, please?

A super thank you for reading me.

No - Several times over the years I've done something like that and landed with a virus.

With my new machine, I'm sticking strictly to tried and tested stuff which is why I was looking for Nikonite reccommended stock photo websites.

Thanks for your help though. I will check out your kind help!

Fred - that's not a daft question at all. I think several things would be achieved at my ealry stage of learning by using stock photos: one is technical clarity and getting used to seeing what photos have made the cut - also I don't really have the time to go up a snow mountain to composite my grandson there! (said light-heartedly!) Lots of reasons to use stock photos with just as many reasons to build up my own bank of stock photos - which actually is happening right now. ;-)

Eyelight - thanks for that. I'll be busy for a short while and come back. Thanks for yours and everybody's help!
