Normally I have both Bridge and PCC open while I peruse photos from a folder. Since removing the extension, my computer slowed WAY down. It was ridiculously slow. It took quite a bit longer to save files, too. My security software (Norton 360) didn't catch anything, but since I was at the end of my subscription with it, I decided to try ESET instead. My choice was based on a Consumer Reports ratings article from June 2014 which is the last time they rated security software. Even PCMag gave it high ratings.The malware scan caught something and was able to clean it. Nothing showed up in the virus scan.
