[QUOTE="mathom33, post: 362862, member: 22304"] When I was looking to buy my D7100, I saw many "good sales" advertised online. Most of them are bundles with a ton of junk that isn't worth paying for. They're marketing the bundles towards people that won't do the research or don't care about what they are buying because of all the things the bundle includes. I emailed a few companies about their products and specifically asked if I would receive a USA model or a gray market model. Every company that made the effort to respond answered my question by stating that they "are a USA distributed that also sells gray market items. Because they can't control what leaves their warehouse, they cannot guarantee that a USA model would be sent or that it will be brand new." To me they are saying that there may be a chance that you would receive gray market goods. Looking through their BS one can assume that there's a 100% chance that it is what you will find at the doorstep. Google the company's name and look for "complaints." A reputable company shouldn't have any bad reviews that complain about customer service and/or being told that there won't be a way to receive a refund. Lookout for reviews on company's that advertise an amazing sale, call to let you know that the item is not in stock, and then try to "upsell" garbage products that are overly priced.
