Google the company's name and look for &quot;complaints.&quot; A reputable company shouldn't have any bad reviews that complain about customer service and/or being told that there won't be a way to receive a refund. Lookout for reviews on company's that advertise an amazing sale, call to let you know that the item is not in stock, and then try to &quot;upsell&quot; garbage products that are overly priced.
