Yip Don, there is a place for all opinions. And that's all his or anyone's else's site is...the individuals opinion. People should bear that in mind and do their research properly. You NEVER just take one person's opinion in the camera world. You do your homework and make up your own mind. And if someone is not capable of doing it, they should ask someone they trust to do it for them. After all this is cyberspace. There are A LOT of crack pots out there. My point was simply that if someone has a problem with him, you don't need to let the whole world know and get everyone riled up. There are far more pleasant things to talk about....like photography and camera's and lenses, etc. Let's build one another up to be better photographers rather than waste time tearing someone else down.

@ Rexer John. Good for you! You went, you read, you didn't agree and you walked away. End of story. I'm sure if someone had specifically asked you, you would have told them your experience and moved on. See? You didn't spend hours and hours writing crits on the guy and spread your opinion everywhere you went. BTW, I need my tripod just as much (even though sometimes I'm too lazy to carry it around )
