Dogs cats goats get a little disgruntled about this LOL The tuft is genetic and is formed by a misshaped skull that allows a large fat deposit to protrude and feathers grow up out of it.&nbsp; Now when you see an ugly duck with red carnacles on its face you'll know whats its called and if you see a tufted duck you know whats under those feathers <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile&nbsp; &nbsp; :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" /></p></blockquote><p></p>
