This is often used as a technique in a teaching environment to get people to work outside their comfort zone. This can often help us to try new things, and grow as photographers. Sometimes, you will find something you shot a few days ago fits the category, and that is fine, but the real goal is to get you to try new things, and hopefully have some fun doing it.I frequently find an image that would be perfect for a weekly challenge, but it wasn't taken within the time frame.</blockquote>
