I think I am stretching this... hopefully not too far.

Jersey Air display and the red arrows flying in sync, with 2 pairs of planes reflecting each other.

I like the puddle reflection idea... I would have gotten closer and gone for the bench reflection more... Try from different angles (right, left, down low, overlooking through the bench slats... etc) to see which way pops out at you. Shooting the bench in focus with a slight bokeh on the water where you still see reflection slightly, and another of the water in full focus with the bench in slight bokeh might provide interesting shots. Just some friendly thoughts hoping to encourage ideas... Lord knows I can use creative ideas on many days myself.
