I like 3 as it does not have the unsymetrical pillars so it is more balanced in my opinion. I like #1 one because the cat is looking away and does not seem phased at that point. I think the series would have benefited from a straight on perpendicular shot including both pillars (in totality) and more of the wood above the door to frame the entire scene. I'm very mathematical so I really like symetry, I'm a bit obsessed with such things.</blockquote>
