Easier said than done as every movement causes the smoke to swirl all over the place and if perfectly still it is just a boring stream of smoke. I then had to remove the clamp and unwanted stream of smoke below the chilli in PS.I needed a little more light. I had 2 flashes of to the side to highlight the smoke but could have used a 3rd to light the top of the chilli a bit more.</blockquote>
