Message: <blockquote data-quote="Vixen" data-source="post: 324994" data-attributes="member: 21839">I found out that 8 Hawk 127's were landing at the local airport (Coolangatta) to refuel. We certainly heard enough noise to indicate military aircraft had landed, but these are not Hawk 127's they are F18's so I am still none the wiser as to whether these were just 2 F18's doing laps or 3 sets of 2 that flew past while we were on the coast.
