Using Master SB900 to control Remote SB900

Hi to everyone,

I'm trying to trigger 2 of my SB900 speedlights from a master unit. When I fire the master, the remotes do flash but there is a delay of about 2 seconds behind the master. Am I missing something obvious? The master flash is not on a camera, I'm just trying to explore the principal.

Ok sorry guys, when I typed 'The master flash is not on the camera' I thought...oooo, I wonder if it should be on the camera.

So I did and the flashes fire together! Sorry, my bad.

You can also use the pop up in commander mode if you want the SB900's off camera.
