While I've never had to deal with them on a personal level, I work in the Visual Arts department at a college and I *have* had to deal with them on a business-to-business level numerous times. In short, and in comparison to their "Main Competitor" (who I've also dealt with numerous times), they're horrible. I mean there's just no other way tot put it. It's one of the big reasons I bough my D750 "grey" and then got a warranty through Square Trade; specifically so I wouldn't have to deal with Nikon should something go wrong.....</blockquote>
